Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary

• The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and overall success of the business.
• This leadership role involves managing staff, optimizing resources, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operation
• Manage Staff and Leadership Team
• Develop and Manage Budgets
• Set and Achieve Business Goals
• Implement Business Strategies
• Manage Resources and InventoryConduct Performance Analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and human resources
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software

Preferred Skills:

• Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, manufacturing)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
