Position Summary

• The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of proven experience in business development within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans.
• Lead proposal development and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consultancy or service-based company.
• Strong understanding of client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset.

Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 / month
