Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Job Summary
- We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Assistant Brand Manager to help grow consumer brands and lead impactful campaigns. You’ll turn strategy into action — managing product launches, trade activations, digital engagement, and in-store visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand plans across digital, trade, and retail.
- Lead activations, influencer campaigns, and product launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and campaign ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency and support cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA/Post-grad marketing qualification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4–6 years in brand or trade marketing (FMCG, cosmetics preferred).
- Strong in go-to-market strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, dashboards.
- Consumer-obsessed, strategic, hands-on, and results-driven.
