Job Title: Business Development Officer
Job Description
- A reputable HR and consulting firm is hiring a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition, proposal pitching, and lead generation across both private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospects via LinkedIn, referrals, and directories
- Conduct cold calls, schedule meetings, and attend briefings
- Manage proposals, follow-up emails, and client CRM tracking
- Coordinate digital campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Represent the company at expos, networking events, and client meetings
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
- 2–3 years in sales, business development, or proposal support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with consulting services and CRM tools is a plus.
Salary
N150,000/month (Gross) + Performance Bonuses
