Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to drive business development initiatives within the micro insurance and agency sector.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance marketing and a solid understanding of customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow micro insurance and agency portfolios.
• Identify and engage new clients while managing existing relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Report on sales activities and market trends to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience in insurance (preferably micro insurance or agency).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Proximity to Maryland, Lagos, is an advantage (contact Temidayo to verify candidate proximity).

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
