Job Title: Fuel Clerk

Description

• Maintain accurate accounting of AGO/Jet-A1/Lube consumption for rig, barges, tugs, camp, and generators.
• Maintain daily stock ledger: opening, receipts (BOL), issues, and closing; reconcile dip readings and meter totals.
• Track consumption by asset (rig, cranes, marine craft, camp gensets); flag anomalies and leaks.
• Witness fuel bunkering; verify calibration certificates for meters and • bowsers; sample and record density/temp.
• Produce daily/weekly fuel reports; support cost allocation and anti-theft controls.

Job Requirements

• 3 – 5 yrs fuel accounting in marine/rig environment
• Basic Excel
• Integrity and attention to detail.
