Job Title: Online Sales Agent

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Online Sales Agent to manage and drive sales of gift cards and other digital products through online channels.
• The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally through online platforms, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Promote and sell gift cards and related products to new and existing customers.
• Provide accurate product information, resolve customer complaints, and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Keep accurate sales records and provide reports as required.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve the online sales process and customer experience.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in any discipline. Fresh graduates must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in online sales, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Emotional intelligence and team spirit to work harmoniously with colleagues.
• Must be willing to work shifts, including night duties.
• Must reside within Lekki – Ajah, Lagos.

Salary
N130,000 per month.
