Job Title: Operation Agent

Role Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Agent to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate day-to-day operational activities in our gift card and digital product business.
• The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to follow processes diligently, and strong collaboration with other teams to meet operational and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions and orders accurately in line with company policies.
• Monitor and maintain product inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Liaise with sales and customer service teams to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
• Keep detailed operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and escalate operational issues for prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and standards.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth shift handovers and continuous operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline. Fresh graduates must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional conduct.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including night duties.
• Must reside within Lekki–Ajah, Lagos.

Salary
N130,000 / month.
