Job Description

• A leading Management Consulting firm based in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee its financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and investment activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulators
• Implement cost control measures and identify areas for financial improvement
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business growth
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certification such as ACA/ACCA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably within professional services or consulting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and analysis
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Salary
N500,000 / month.
