Job Title: People Operations Officer
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Ongoing or completed HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR record keeping, and leave/performance tracking.
- Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
