Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Document customer interactions and feedback for internal use
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, etc.)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must reside within or very close to Ikate Lekki – only nearby applicants will be shortlisted
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
