Job Title: Mixologist
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
- Engage customers with expert recommendations and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create new drink recipes and contribute to seasonal menus
Requirements
- Passion for mixology and customer service
- Basic knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
