Job Title: Creative Designer

Job Summary

• A talented and creative Designer with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, branding, motion graphics, video editing and creating high-quality designs across digital and print platforms.
• The designer will collaborate with various teams to translate concepts into visually engaging materials that align with our brand identity and goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and Branding: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, posters, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and produce dynamic motion graphics and animations for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and video content.
• Video Editing: Collaborate with the content teams to carry out basic editing of video footage and integrate motion graphics.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that meet business objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Illustration and Typography: Produce custom illustrations and apply typography effectively to enhance design projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of final designs before production or publication.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum: 3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, motion graphics, and video editing, including branding, social media, and print materials.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and user-centered design.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles is a bonus.
