Job Title: Waiter & Waitress

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding table service to guests in the resort’s restaurant and bar.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly, and professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at service areas.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant and event spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Promote the resort’s African themed hospitality spirit in all guest interactions.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSC certificate
• 2-4 years hands-on experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of opening and closing service for guest orders.
