• Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree from a recognized University with 12 (twelve) academic papers published in credible peer-reviewed journals, with at least 1 (one) in a foreign journal, extensive and outstanding University teaching and administrative experience, also with evidence in research and successful supervision of post graduate students.
