Job Title: Senior Manager, Security

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Senior Manager, Security to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of robust security strategies that protect personnel, assets, facilities, and operations across all manufacturing plants on site.
• This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and HSE standards, while fostering a culture of vigilance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage the security team to ensure full coverage across all shifts and facilities.
• Oversee access control, ID card issuance, and visitor management protocols.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and coordinate physical security checks.
• Supervise vehicle entry and exit to prevent unauthorized access and loss.
• Identify and assess potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks across the site.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and breaches, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with law enforcement and external agencies on security matters when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and HSE standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting security documentation.
• Develop and test emergency response and evacuation plans regularly.
• Organize training sessions and awareness campaigns for staff and contractors on security procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in industrial security management, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Key Competencies:

• Strong leadership, analytical, and crisis management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of modern physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, biometrics).
• Familiarity with GMP, HSE, and regulatory standards in pharmaceutical environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including incident and risk report writing.
