Job Title: Smartphone OS Software Marketing Specialist / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
Input of Local User Insights:

• Conduct in – depth research on local users’ usage habits of smartphone software (such as functional preferences, operational pain points, scenario needs, etc.), regularly output user portrait analysis reports, and provide data support for the headquarters’ marketing team in formulating strategies (for example: the demand intensity of African users for “data – saving mode” , and the feedback of South Asian users on “multitasking” and “long – battery – life management”，etc).
• Track local users’ evaluations and preference choices for competing OS software, extract differentiated marketing opportunities, and help the headquarters highlight the core selling points of the products (for example, compare with local competitors to explore the advantages of our OS in “system design”).

Capture of Social Hotspots and Trends:

• Real – time monitor local social hotspots, festivals, cultural events, then provide marketing suggestions related with revelant OS features to the local and headquarters marketing team.
• Analyze the content trends of local social media (Facebook, X, TikTok, etc), predict the focus of user attention, and provide topic suggestions for the local and headquarters’ content creation.

Integration of Local Marketing Resources:

• Expand and maintain local marketing resources, including but not limited to: social media KOLs (technology and lifestyle bloggers), offline channels (mobile phone stores, operator stores), media platforms (local technology information websites, radio stations, etc.), establish a resource database and regularly update the cooperation feasibility assessment.
• Coordinate the cooperation between the headquarters and local resources, for example: connect with local KOLs to complete the shooting of OS software function experience videos, and promote offline channels to carry out joint activities of “OS system upgrade with preferential treatment”.

Localization of Headquarters’ Marketing Materials:

• Be responsible for the local language translation and cultural adaptation of the headquarters’ marketing materials (such as function introduction copy, short video scripts, activity rules, etc.), ensure that the content conforms to local language habits, and avoid cultural taboos and ambiguities.

Training and Collaboration with Local Employees:

• Working together with local product team to train local marketing and sales teams on product knowledge, to ensure the accuracy and consistency of front – end promotion information.
• Establish a communication mechanism for the local team, collect user questions and feedback in front – line promotion, summarize them and synchronize to the headquarters, and assist in optimizing marketing materials and strategies.

Job Requirements
Core Abilities:

• 3 year+ working exeprience in marketing, such as IMC, social medai management, etc
• Have a keen insight into users and the ability to capture hotspots, and can extract product – related marketing opportunities from daily social phenomena;
• Have good resource integration ability, and those with local KOL and channel resources are preferred;
• Familiar with cross – cultural communication skills, can efficiently connect with the global team and local partners, and solve information gap problems;
• Working experience in smartphone or other technology industry is preferred

Language Ability:

• Proficient in local official languages and mainstream dialects;
• Good in English communication.
• Good in Chinese is preferred
