Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with a proven track record in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications for enterprise environments.

Core Technical Expertise

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years work experience.
• React.js (Expert): Mastery of Hooks, advanced component architecture, and performance optimization
• Tailwind CSS (Expert): Deep proficiency in utility-first development, responsive design, customization, and building reusable UI components.
• TypeScript (Mandatory): Strong command of type safety, complex type definitions, and integrating TypeScript into large-scale projects.
• State Management: Expert-level experience with Redux Toolkit (or similar robust solutions like Zustand) for complex global state.
• Data Fetching: Proficient with React Query (TanStack Query) or SWR for efficient data fetching, caching, and synchronization.
• Testing: Solid experience with unit (Jest, React Testing Library), integration, and end-to-end testing (Cypress/Playwright).
• Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize web vitals, bundle size, and overall application speed.
• Security: Strong understanding and implementation of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, secure authentication/authorization).

Enterprise & Architectural Acumen:

• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or Static Site Generation (SSG) using frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for enterprise applications.
• Ability to contribute to and evolve frontend architecture and design systems.
• Proficiency with Git (advanced commands, branching strategies) and collaborative development workflows.

• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and conducting thorough code reviews.
