Job Title: Web App Developer with UI/UX

Job Summary

• We are seeking a versatile and experienced Web App Developer to join our team, specializing in creating dynamic, user-centric web applications.
• This role requires a unique blend of UI/UX design sensibility, robust WordPress development, and cutting-edge React frontend expertise.

Core Technical Expertise
React.js (Expert):

• Mastery of Hooks, component architecture, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and data fetching (e.g., React Query).
• Proficient in building reusable and scalable React components.

UI/UX Design & Implementation:

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and translating design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Proficiency in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

WordPress Development (Advanced):

• Extensive experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress REST API for headless or decoupled architectures.
• Ability to integrate React frontends with WordPress backends seamlessly.
• Understanding of WordPress security and performance optimization.

Frontend Fundamentals:

• Expertise in modern HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox, Grid, responsive design), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or similar for efficient styling.
• Mandatory proficiency in TypeScript for robust and maintainable code.

Testing & Quality:

• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Integration & Professional Acumen:

• Proven ability to integrate diverse technologies (React, WordPress API) to build cohesive web applications.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (A11y), and security best practices.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows in an Agile environment.
• Capable of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions and user-friendly designs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 – 10 years of work experience. 

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
