Job Title: Experienced Chinese Cook

Job Summary

• We are hiring an experienced and versatile Chinese Cook to join our kitchen team.
• The ideal candidate must bring creativity, authentic flavor, and professional skill to every dish, with the ability to prepare a wide variety of Chinese meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese meals daily.
• Plan and execute diverse menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
• Work with management to create seasonal and special menus.

Key Requirements (Strictly Mandatory)

• Must have proven knowledge and skill in preparing at least 5 different Chinese dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Must have strong knowledge of different protein-based dishes, soups, and vegetable dishes in authentic Chinese style.
• Must be able to maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Bread-making skills will be an added advantage.

Benefits

• Salary starting from N120,000 and above (based on performance and output).
• Sunday Allowance for work done on Sundays.
• 1 Paid Leave Day per month.
