Job Description

• Administering maintenance and repair services for buildings.
• Managing new construction projects.
• Maintaining A/C and heating equipment.
• Performing electrical repairs.
• Ensuring building safety and compliance with regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Manage HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Oversee building security and access control mechanisms
• Monitor and log energy and water consumption metrics
• Coordinate with contractors and other service providers for large-scale projects
• Implement preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
• Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages or water leaks
• Maintain and update maintenance logs and work orders
• Assist in space planning and renovation activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 10 years of work experience.
