Job Title: Factory Processing Supervisor 

Responsibilities

• Supervising all coordinators in the section to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitoring daily performance and ensuring worker productivity is not less than 8 kg per person per day.
• Ensuring lot efficiencies are achieved: Wholes ≥ 88%, Pieces ≤ 7%, Powder & Husk ≤ 5%.
• Managing absenteeism and ensuring manpower availability of 300–320 workers.
• Controlling rework to a maximum of 5% of daily production.
• Ensuring Work-In-Progress (WIP) is not more than 3 days per lot.
• Organizing skill development training for new workers on productivity and quality.
• Conducting refresher training for low-performing workers based on daily reviews.
• Addressing worker concerns and motivating them to meet daily targets.
• Coordinating with the expat manager for smooth daily operations.
• Submitting daily production, quality, and manpower reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 7 years work experience.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly Net.
