Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients in relevant industries
- Understand client technical needs and recommend the right engineering solutions
- Prepare and present compelling technical-commercial proposals
- Lead bid/tender processes and negotiate deals
- Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence
- Maintain CRM records and report on sales performance.
Job Requirements
- First degree in any Engineering or Science-related field
- 2-3 years proven experience in technical sales or EPC-related business development
- Strong understanding of engineering products, procurement cycles, and project bidding
- Effective communication of customers needs to the sales support team
- Understanding of Manufacturing Systems and facilities
- Ability to manage a list of existing customers via follow-up, networking, and other innovative means of developing the business
- Having driving skills could provide an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel as needed.
