Job Title: Sales Enablement Analyst, Policy & Partnership
About The Role
- The Sales Enablement team plays a pivotal role in enabling NewGlobe’s Policy & Partnerships team. It supports the full commercial funnel: from lead generation to renewals, through CRM systems, event planning, proposal operations, creative enablement, pricing models, and standardized processes.
- The team ensures that our global commercial efforts are powered by efficient systems, actionable data, and high-quality materials. It works closely with the Policy & Partnerships Development, Account Management, and Creative teams to ensure every opportunity is well-supported and every relationship is well-managed.
- The Sales Enablement Analyst will be the first hire in Nigeria. You will support the execution of commercial operations across our global programs, with a particular focus on proposal tracking, CRM system maintenance, and process documentation. Your role will ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality operational support that enables our regional teams to focus on engaging and retaining government partners.
- You will report to the Sales Enablement Director and work closely with colleagues in Policy & Partnerships, our program Managing Directors, the Creative team, and our events team across multiple countries.
What You Will Do
- CRM Support: maintain clean, accurate, and useful data in our CRM (Pipedrive); support onboarding and training for new users; assist with lead assignment and automation.
- Proposal & RFP Support: track proposal submissions, organize templates and past responses, and support basic research for responses. Manage a central repository for learnings and best practices.
- Inbound Marketing Requests: manage inbound stakeholder inquiries from digital platforms and events; ensure leads are routed to the right team members with proper follow-up mechanisms.
- Collateral Request Management: support with creating proposals and other collateral requests, handle intake and prioritization of content requests; track versions and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
- Process & Playbook Maintenance: support documentation of standardized commercial processes, including proposal workflows, event handovers, and pricing model explanations.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field with top academic marks; MBA/grad degree a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth or cross-functional environment.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience preferred).
- Experience with documentation and version control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
