Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
- The Senior HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across the QSR operations, driving the people agenda to support business objectives.
- This role will focus on workforce planning, talent management, performance optimization, employee engagement, and change management while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- The Senior HRBP will be instrumental in developing and sustaining a high-performance, customer-focused culture across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth plans in the QSR sector.
- Translate business objectives into HR deliverables, ensuring talent readiness for expansion and operational excellence.
- Support leadership in driving organizational culture, values, and behaviours.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of restaurant managers, supervisory staff, and key support functions.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical roles to meet rapid expansion needs.
- Lead succession planning initiatives and career development programs.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Drive engagement strategies tailored to front-line and managerial staff.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover rates, implementing retention initiatives.
- Foster a culture of open communication, recognition, and continuous feedback.
Performance & Capability Development:
- Implement performance management processes to ensure accountability and high performance.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning interventions for leadership, operational, and service staff.
- Coach managers on people leadership skills and handling employee relations matters effectively.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, health and safety standards, and company HR policies.
- Maintain HR records and ensure audit readiness.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Provide insights using HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment KPIs, etc.) to guide decision-making.
- Use data to forecast workforce needs and optimize staff deployment.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is an advantage).
- 7–10 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior HRBP role in the QSR, Retail, FMCG, or hospitality sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-location operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
