Job Title: Language Laboratory – Laboratory Technologist

Requirements

• Applicants must possess a good Bachelor’s degree not below second class lower division in a relevant field such as Linguistics, Language Education, Computer Science, or Education Technology.
• S/he must possess the required technical Skills, including but not limited to, proficiency in language laboratory software and hardware, experience with audio-visual equipment & digital language learning platforms.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of language learning methodologies and principles and proficiency in English language.
• In addition, s/he must have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• A candidate with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support, as well as having experience with the maintenance and repair of language laboratory equipment will be at an advantage.

Salary Grade
FUASS 7.
