Job Title: Team Lead, Customer Service
Job Description
- Responsible for the review and processing of customer benefits applications, provide support to customer benefits related transactions within SLA.
- To proactively resolve customer related issues and where necessary ensure quick service recovery.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- First Degree Field of Study – General social science
- Professional qualification and or second degree will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
- 3-4 Years’ Wealth Management experience in supervisory and administrative capacity.
