Job Title: Driver Helpdesk Unit (DHU) Manager
Job Summary
- Manages the affairs of the office, designs and ensures job functions, programs and office mandate are adhered to specified and executed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the affairs of the unit.
- Preparation and presentation of DHU reports at management meetings.
- Interfacebetween the office (DHU), management and other unit heads.
- Escalate/follow-up on driver’s cases to ensure resolution.
- Organize daily Safety PEP talk for drivers and present report to management.
- Make periodic reports and analysis for management decision-making.
- Gathering of relevant driver’s related data/information for management use.
- Communication of innovations, ideas and drivers related developments to management.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- A Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in Managerial/Social sciences or a relevant discipline.
- Higher educational qualification/professional certification in relevant courses is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years related experience.
