Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
- Coordinate the development of contents for the company’s social media platforms.
- Handle social media campaign and manage weekly sponsored ads.
- Develop social media weekly calendar.
- Manage social media for brand awareness and impression.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide report to the management.
- Leverage and maximize the company’s sponsorship capabilities.
- Sustain an in-depth understanding of the media and social media landscape, industry trends, current events and competitor’s efforts.
- Manage client relationships on the social media.
- Work to create new sources of customers through building professional networks and complementary partnerships.
- Cross-sell company’s packages and services.
- Manage re-branding / re-positioning efforts and enforces brand standards.
- Complete additional tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 years social media work experience.
- Excellent communications and business writing skills
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- You must be self-motivated and have the drive to smash your targets
- Excellent planning, budgeting, time management and prioritizing skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
