George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, a leading Cosmetic Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Modern Trade Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Implement sales & marketing activities as per set targets & business plans for the
  • assigned territory.
  • Building & maintaining excellent relationship with supermarkets and other retail customers.
  • Ensure the achievement of the sales Targets & KPIs & reviewing sales performance, aiming to exceed targets.
  • Responsible for the merchandising activities within the assigned territory.
  • Updates the team with timely & accurate market report.
  • Responsibility to suggest Competitive activities, distribution and pricing strategies.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
  • Coordinates with various internal departments to ensure good quality service to the customers and other stake holders.
  • Ensure the timely processing of invoices and the collections from the customers in coordination with the Finance Department and as per company policies.

Qualifications and Abilities

  • HND / B.Sc Degree.
  • 1 – 3 years in modern trade sales.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Confident/Good personality.
  • Ability to sell in top supermarkets.
  • Convincing / salesman skill.
  • Have Creative Knowledge.
  • Peoples person have good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be a keen observer / listener.

Salary
Attractive Plus Commission.
