JOB TITLE: Telesales Intern
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
JOB DETAILS:
- Present a positive brand image by acting as a contact for potential clients.
- Educate clients on range of products and services available. Offer support in identifying their needs and advise on adequate product and service packages.
- Follow up to ensure prompt provisioning and activation of new subscribers.
- Manage leads by tracking and following up on contacts assigned from the marketing team.
- Manage leads generated privately.
- Effectively manage all device issues escalated from walk- in customers.
- Escalate / arrange physical meet up of sales team with clients as requested.
- Actively contribute to attaining revenue targets by upselling and ensuring client satisfaction and referrals.
- Close sales and attain assigned targets of revenue and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N45,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
