JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Executive
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
JOB DETAILS:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing function including SEO / SEM, Marketing Data Base, Email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, then plan and take advantage to help promote the brand
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Present a positive brand image by acting as a contact and brand face to a potential clients/customers
- Educate clients on range of products and services available. Offer support in identifying their needs and advise on adequate product and service packages
- Management of online leads
- Escalation of all customers concerns from digital platforms for resolution
- Maintain adequate database of all campaigns
- Follow up on client satisfaction survey / reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
