We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor – Golden Fertilizer

Location: Kaduna

The Job

• Ensures that all of the company’s objectives are met by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• Ensure that all safety and good housekeeping policies are followed.
• Production report documentation must be accurate in order to reflect production figures and downtime.
• Maintain proper cleaning of bagging bins, weigh Hoppers, blenders, and conveyors to ensure material flow.
• Ensure that production downtime is addressed promptly, and that output meets specifications.
• Daily monitoring of factory worker attendance, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements.
• Organize workflow by delegating tasks and creating timetables.
• Check for and report waste sources on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• OND in any related production field.

Experience:

• 2 years cognate experience in manufacturing or production industry.

The Person Must:

• Have experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have an analytical approach to Problem-solving.
