OutsideIn HR Limited – Our client, a reputable Financial Institution, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Responsibilities
The Ideal candidate will perform the following roles:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, andscanners
- Set up accounts for staff, ensuring they educated on how to log in and resolve issues arising
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults
- Monitor computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
- Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
- Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields with at least 5 years relevant experience required.
- Industry-specific IT service certification will be an added advantage
- Have a knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting
- Have a knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services.
Renumeration
N120,000 / Month.
