Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Kaduna

Role and Responsibilities
As a Quality Control manager, your responsibilities include:

• Oversee product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.
• You will work with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.
• Ensure clear understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
• A large part of the job is dealing with people and resource management. You may also be involved with product design and purchasing.

Requirements

• A Degree in Chemistry or any relevant field of study. A Higher Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proven ability to develop staff and provide training on systems and procedures
• A thorough understanding of generally accepted best Quality Management Systems
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload in a dynamic work.
