We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Male)
Locations: Onitsha & Nnewi – Anambra, Port Harcourt – Rivers, Umuahia – Abia & Akwa Ibom
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution
- Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
