We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Loan Recovery Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Monitoring all loans and ensuring repayments are made on due dates.
- Following up on all debtors to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means.
- Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors
- Ensuring collection of outstanding payments from customers
- Resolving disputes with customers, ensuring that concerns are resolved correctly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Must have good communication and listening skills.
- Must be fluent in English Language and any other indigenous language.
- Must have experience as a loan collection officer.
Must have Andriod phone.
Salary
N50,000 – N75,000 monthly basic plus performance bonus.
