Ascentech Services Limited – Our client, in the Manufacturing sector, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
• Prepare balance sheets
• Track and reconcile bank statements
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
• Process tax payments
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 1 year+ experience in Audit or Finance Assistant.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Hands on experience in MS Excel.
• Must be willing to work Monday – Saturday

Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly (net).
