Ascentech Services Limited – Our client, a Power sector company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Rewinder (Genset Aftersales)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time – Onsite

Job Description

• Inspection at sites in big/small capacities and determine the faults.
• Dismantling of alternators to do full checks on affected parts
• Rewinding of alternator parts.
• Servicing of alternators/electrical motors.
• Slides rewind cores on shafts and start machines.
• Verifies perforations, size and alignment of rewind rolls.
• Adjusts machines using hand tools etc.

Requirements

• OND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background or related field.
• Daily reports.
• Multitasking.
• Team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ideal candidates should have experience in genset (after sales) in the following areas:
  • Customer service
  • Managing teams – Aftersales support/experience
• Generating set knowledge Technical knowledge on the product to be able to support the teams.
