Job Title: Collection Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND / NCE qualification with 0 – 3 years work experience.
• Keep tracking outstanding debts through phone calls
• Plan course of action to recover owed money
• Locate and contact debtors
• Negotiate pay-off deadlines and payment plans
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
