Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 10 years work experience in facility management of which about 4 years must have been in a management role
- Training in facility management is required
- MBA or masters degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage
- Good writing and communication skills – including the ability to communicate technical information
- Relationship-building skills
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Time management skills
- Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Proactive thinking
- Understanding of soft and hard service delivery
- Passionate about consistent delivery of excellent service
