Job Title: Admin / Operations Manager (Prepress)

 Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree preferably in Business Management or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Admin/Operations.
• Proficient in MS-Word & Excel.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• At least 3 years of experience with prepress (this experience is crucial for the role).
• Responsible for devising tracking system of daily work orders in correlation with production schedule and on time delivery to both internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Quark X press, PDF workflow essential and Microsoft Office.
• Female preferred for gender balance and not more than 35 years of age.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Multitasking.
