Job Requirements

Qualification – B.Sc in any discipline. Marketing and Comms or human relations is an advantage
1-3 or more years experience in Fashion Brand or Related Company
Effective use of CRM tools and other relevant software is an added advantage
Communication skills that allow you to inform, help customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis
Good networking, prospecting and closing skills High level of professionalism.
Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent selling and communication skills
Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a fast pace environment
