- Must have core HR Factory operation experience with 8-10 years’ experience.
- Must come from Manufacturing or FMCG space.
- Must be CIPM member
- Should not be more than 45 years.
- Should demonstrate competence in Recruitment, Training, Payroll Management, Staff engagement, etc
- Males preferred for gender balance.
