Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Health, Nutrition, International development, Public Health, Communication and Social Marketing, Gender, or Related Fields.
Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years of relevant experience with projects management principles and practices
Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Additional French language proficiency preferred.
Ability to work efficiently, independently, to assess priorities and competently complete a variety of activities with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization.
International or Domestic (US) Program Development or Program management preferred.
Ability to implement activities with minimal oversight and supervision.
Experience working on contract implementation that includes budget preparation and financial management a plus.
