Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

 About iWorld Outsourcing Limited: iWorld Outsourcing Limited is engage in the business of providing Outsourcing services for all business processes in various industries within Nigeria as well as Human Capital Management consulting and Advisory services in any area that helps organizations achieve their corporate objectives which includes but is not limited to the recruitment of qualified workforce, management and outplacement of employees, training and development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of proven sales in business, marketing or related role
• Technical skills (IT fluency) required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint e.t.c.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Must be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
