Job Requirements
- Degree level in an appropriate discipline.
- 3 years+ experience in arable farm management.
- Numerate, budget, and IT literate.
- Experience in procurement would be an asset
- Articulate in presenting a farm business proposal.
- A self-starter and initiative taker.
- Excellent in dealing with colleagues and associates and also diplomatic with the local community.
- Ideally experienced in fodder maize cultivation.
- Ideally experienced in purchasing new equipment and machinery.
- Ideally experienced in operating knowledge in tractors, tillers, ploughers, harvesters, seeders, weeders, etc.
