Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.

• Good knowledge of networking technologies – TCP/IP, DNS etc.
• Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Strong diagnostic, analysis and problem resolution skills with a flexible approach to

• Good technical documentation skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload.
• Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
