Job Requirements

Master’s or Advanced Degree in Nutrition Science and Policy, Public Health or another closely related field.
Professional experience with one (1) or more of the following technical areas in nutrition: micronutrient deficiencies, food fortification, infant and young child feeding, school age and adolescent nutrition, early childhood development.
Demonstrated experience in nutrition monitoring, evaluation, research and learning.
Familiarity with USAID’s multi-sectoral nutrition and health system strengthening approaches and gender programming.
Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work and coordinate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including national and local governments, civil society organizations, private sector representatives, and local communities.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Ability to travel as required.
