Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business administration or related course
- 2 – 3 years’ experience working as an HR Generalist
- Previous experience in managing people, optimizing processes, and resource management in the real estate industry is preferred
- Experience in Operations process and performance management
- Fleet management experience
- Experience in SOP development
- In-depth understanding of the entire Ms Office Suite.
